摘　　要：通过对"网络通缉"的性质、特点及成因分析,探讨"网络通缉"在对我国公民道德体系维护和监督的同时,存在的侵权和违法行为。结合我国关于互联网的管理规定,对"网络通缉"侵权行为提出一些整改建议和规范措施。According to the analysis of the nature, the characteristics, and the forming factor of network wanted, this article probed into the tort and illegal act that existing in network wanted when it is preserving and supervising the citizen＇ s ethics system in our country. The article also submitted some proposals to the norm and the solution, with the considering of related regulations of internet management on in our country.
