摘　　要：文化战略是文化发展繁荣的立足点,关系到国家文化软实力的提高与和谐文化生态的建设。大学作为现代社会最重要的机体,其引领文化的功能日渐突出,对实现国家文化战略目标负有重要责任。Cultural strategy is the standpoint of cultural development and prosperity, it has an important bearing on the improvement of soft power of national culture and the ecological building of a harmonious culture. Universities, as the most important part of modern society, the function of their leading cuhure is increasingly prominent, having important responsibilities for the realization of strategic objectives of the national culture.
