摘　　要：通过对广西金秀瑶族新石牌的考察分析,试图发现中国少数民族习惯法的某些新特点,指出其将随着各少数民族的存在而自始至终存续着,并深刻地影响着当地人们的法律思想及司法实践,这对中国的民族法学发展及和谐社会的构建有着深远的意义。Through the analysis of the new stone tablets in Jinxiu Yao Au： tonomous County of Guangxi, this paper tries to discover some new features of the customary laws for ethnic minorities in China. It shows that the customary laws will endure as long as the ethnic minorities exist and will exert influence on the legal idea and judicial practice of the people. This is of far--reaching impor- tance to the development of China＇s customary laws for ethnic minorities and the establishment of a harmonious society.
