摘　　要：构建大中型工业企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,利用多元聚类分析方法对东北老工业基地与发达省市的大中型工业企业技术创新能力进行类别划分,并进行单项指标比较分析,为东北老工业基地区域创新体系建设、加速经济发展的技术策略选择提供实证支撑。The paper constructed estimate index system of technology innovation capability of large-scale and middle-scale industrial enterprise, classified technology innovation capability of large-scale and middle-scale industrial enterprise of the northeast old industrial base and other provinces and cities with the multiple clustering analysis method, and compared with them on the basis of different single index, so as to provide evidence for the choice of technology strategies for constructing regional innovation system and accelerating economic development of the northeast old industrial base.
