摘　　要：网络化时代科技期刊要想生存,须有准确的学术方向、作者群、读者群、发行方式定位;须形成刊物特色,逐步提高期刊的内在质量,并在相应领域保持领先地位;须扩大学术影响,建立优秀的科技期刊制度,加快实现国际化步伐;须进一步提高编辑素质,把握刊物的编辑质量;须抓住网络时代发展机遇,充分利用网络资源,提高工作效率。The accurate academic orientation, author group, reader group and distribution mode are bases for the surviving of academic journals in network era. Furthermore, the journal should form own characteristics and gradually improve the inherent quality to hold advanced status in related field. To enlarge the international effect, the superior journal system should be constructed and pace should be quickened. The editorial quality can be elevated by improving editor＇s level. The working efficiency can be enhanced by seizing the opportunity of utilizing network resources in network era.
