地震救援部队早期心理状况分析

摘　　要：目的调查地震救援某空降部队早期心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对336名参加抗震救灾的某空降部队官兵进行了测评和心理晤谈。结果①SCL-90结果显示震灾救援某空降部队躯体化因子分显著高于地方常模(P<0.05);强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑等因子分非常显著低于地方常模(P<0.001);偏执因子分明显低于地方常模(P<0.05)。②空降部队SCL-90各项目因子分均显著低于军队常模(P<0.001)。③不同职别的SCL-90结果比较,显示出连排级干部组的强迫、人际关系、抑郁、敌对性和偏执各因子分均显著高于士兵组(P<0.05)和士官组(P<0.05)。④参加搬运尸体组的躯体化因子分显著高于未搬运尸体组(P<0.001),在强迫、焦虑、敌对性因子分均显著高于未搬运尸体组(P<0.05)。⑤独生子女SCL-90躯体、抑郁和焦虑因子分高于非独生子女。结论抗震救灾早期救援官兵总体心理状态良好;连排级干部的心理压力与SCL-90各因子分呈同步增高;搬运尸体组和独生子女组官兵的应激反应水平较高。Objective To investigate the early mental health status of the paratroops in earthquake rescue. Methods Three hundred and thirty-six paratroop soldiers were investigated by Symptom Checklist 9（1 （SCL-90） and psych-interview. Results （1）The scores of somatization factor of the soldiers were higher than those of Chinese norm （P 〈0.05）, the obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal-sensitivity, depression and anxiety scores were lower than Chinese norm （P〈0. 001） and the paranoid ideation scores were lower than Chinese norm （P〈0. （15） ; （2） The SCL-90 scores of the paratroop soldiers were all lower than those of PLAM norm （P〈0. 001）; （3） The obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal-sensitivity, depression, hostility, and paranoid ideation scores were higher of officers than of soldiers （P〈0. 05） and recruits （P〈0. 05）; （4） The somatization scores were significantly higher （P〈0. 001）, and the obsessive-compulsive, anxiety and hostility scores were higher of the carry-corpse soldiers than of the non-carry-corpse soldiers （P〈0. 05） ; （5） The somatization, depression and anxiety scores were higher in the only child group than the non-only-child group. Con- clusion Generally the mental health status is good in paratroops, but the mental pressure of officers is larger than sol- diers and recruits, and the level of stress reaction of the carry-corpse group and the only-child group is higher.
