摘　　要：目的了解现阶段临床医务人员倦怠程度,为营造医务人员和谐的心身环境,进而构建新型和谐的医患关系提供依据。方法问卷调查。结果现阶段临床医务人员的情绪衰竭普遍存在,其情绪衰竭指数与工作年限、婚姻状态具有相关性。结论医务人员意识中的对医患人际氛围的恐惧心理与防范意识是其情绪衰竭的主要应激源,临床医务人员的健康问题应引起医院管理层的高度重视。Objective To investigate the failure degree of clinical medical staff and to supply reference for constructing harmonious mental environment and new type of doctor-patient relationship. Methods Questionnaire survey was performed. Results Currently emotion failure commonly existed among clinical medical staff. The emotion failure index was correlated with working age and marriage status. Conclusion Fear and prevention consciousness of medical staff on doctor-patient relationship are the main sources of pressure for emotion failure. Managers should pay high attention to the health problem of clinical medical staff.
