摘 要:以α-Al2O3粉末为骨料,炭黑为成孔剂,采用塑性挤压成型技术和固态粒子烧结法制备氧化铝多孔陶瓷支撑体.研究了成孔剂的粒径大小、加入方式和加入量对多孔氧化铝支撑体性能的影响.研究结果表明:选用与骨料粒径相当的成孔剂且以“水溶液”的方式加入时可制得性能优良的支撑体;当成孔剂加入质量比小于5%时,成孔效果不明显,大于5%时成孔效果非常明显,但加入量不宜超过10%,应控制在5%~7.5%之间.A porous ceramic support comprising alumina and carbon black as pore- forming agent was prepared by extrusion and solid sintering. The influences of particle size, the addition ways and contents of carbon black on the properties of alumina support are studied. It is found when the particle size of carbon black was equivalent with backbone grain particle and using proper addition ways, the support can be made with excellent performance; the additive amount of 〈 5 % is less effect on the pore formation, while the additive amount of 〉 5 % causes the pore size and porosity of support increase rapidly; but the additive amount of 〉 10 % is not suitable, 5 % -- 7.5 % is the proper amount.
