摘  要:预处理措施是增强爆破效果,提高施工效费比的重要技术手段。介绍了在复杂环境中某地钢筋混凝土梁桥的控制爆破拆除中所采用的爆破方案、爆破参数以及安全措施,并分析和比较了采取预切割处理技术前后梁桥的爆破破碎效果。结果表明:采取了预处理措施的梁桥,充分利用了桥梁失稳后在其自重作用下的解体破碎效应,80%以上桥面板破碎,机械处理时间低于3 h,取得了良好的爆破效果和经济效益。The technology of precutting is an important measure to rise the effect of controlled blasting and improve the rate of resuh-cost. The blasting scheme, parameters design and the application of safety measure of controlled blasting demolition a bridge in complex environment are introduced. The different blasting results of using precutting measure or no using are compared and analysis. The result indicates:base the disintegrated and smashed effects which are introduced by the dead weight of bridge when the bridge has lost stability. The smashed degree of using precutting measure bridge is up to 80%. The time of using mechanize is low to 3 h. A good results of blasting and economics have been achieved.
