利血康治疗免疫性血小板减少症的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:观察利血康对家兔免疫性血小板减少症的治疗作用。方法:复制家兔免疫性血小板减少症模型,设立利血康高、中、低3个剂量(2.0,1.0,0.5 g/kg)组和血康口服液(1.4 ml/kg)组,灌胃给药8 d,测定兔外周血小板数、凝血时间、骨髓巨核细胞数以及血小板相关免疫球蛋白(platelet associated IgG,PAIgG)。结果:利血康高、中剂量组和血康口服液组能显著抑制模型家兔的血小板减少、凝血时间延长并将其调至正常范围;也能明显抑制模型家兔PAIgG升高,但利血康的作用更强;利血康中剂量能抑制模型家兔的骨髓巨核细胞升高,血康口服液组明显优于利血康中剂量组,病理模型家兔一般状况有所改善。结论:利血康治疗家兔免疫性血小板减少症具有肯定疗效,与血康口服液相比疗效相近。Objective： To investigate therapeutic effects of Lixuekang extracts （LXK） for immune thrombocytopenia （ITP） in rabbits. Methods： The rabbit ITP model was induced. ITP rabbits were ran- domly divided into high-, middle- and low-dosage of LXK extracts groups （2.0, 1.0, 0.5 g/kg, respectively） and Xuekang Oral Liquid （XK） group （1. 4 ml/kg）. The peripheral platelet count, coagulation time, megakaryocyte number and platelet associated IgG （PAIgG） were measured after the rabbits had been intragastrically administered drugs for 8 days. Results： LXK （1.0, 2.0 g/kg） and XK significantly increased the decreased platelet count and decreased the prolonged coagulation time. Compared with XK, LXK （1.0, 2.0 g/kg） remarkably inhibited the increased PAIgG level. Compared with LXK （1.0 g/kg）, XK significantly inhibited the increased megakaryocyte number. The general status of model rabbits was improved. Conclusion： LXK has reliable effects o,1 ITP in rabbits and its effect is similar as that of XK.
