摘　　要：分析82B盘条常见的折叠、结疤、微裂纹、划痕等表面缺陷和非金属夹杂物、中心网状渗碳体、中心区域的马氏体、边部局部增碳、中心缩孔等内部缺陷产生的原因和危害,并根据生产实际提出相应的解决方案和措施。The cause and harm caused by the familiar surface defects of 82B wire rod including overlap, scab, microcrack, scratch and so on, the inner defects including non-metallic inclusions, central network cementite, central martensite, border local carburetion, central shrinkage cavity and so on are analyzed. And the corresponding solving program and measure are brought forward according to production practice.
