摘 要:目的调查分析妊娠糖尿病的饮食生活相关因素。方法随机选择确诊妊娠糖尿病孕妇145例(29.5±4.3岁)作为病例组,同期就诊非妊娠期糖尿病孕妇140例(28.3±3.3岁)作为对照组。对其妊娠期间的饮食生活相关因素进行调查并进行比较。结果病例组和对照组的年龄、孕前BMI和当前BMI、甜食的喜好程度、每周豆制品食用次数、荤菜和蔬菜的食用比例、每周动物原料汤的食用次数、每天水果食用量、夜宵的食用情况、每周坚果类食物的食用量、每天的活动量、受教育程度以及一级亲属的糖尿病发生情况差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),奶类饮用情况、每天鸡蛋食用个数、油炸食品的食用情况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妊娠期间BMI、甜食的喜好程度,荤菜和蔬菜的食用比例,动物原料的汤和豆类制品的次数,水果、夜宵和坚果类的食用情况,每天的活动量,被调查者的受教育程度和一级亲属患糖尿病情况均和妊娠糖尿病的发生有关,奶类、鸡蛋和油炸类食品食用情况和妊娠糖尿病无相关性。Objective To analyze dietary and daily behavioral factors related to gestational diabetes.Methods We random selected 145 pregnant women (average age 29.5yrs) who were diagnosed as having gestational diabetes as subjects, and 140 pregnant women (average age 28.3yrs) without diabetes as controls. We investigated and compared the dietary and daily activities of the above two groups during their gestational period.Restllts There were significant differences ( P 〈 0.01) in age,body mass index (BMI),frequencies of consuming soy bean products, proportion of animal and plant foods, frequencies of eating bouillon, eating fruit, mid - night snacks, and nuts, daily activities, ed- ucation level, and diabetes preralence rates in blood relations between subject group and control group. There were no significant differences ( P 〉 0.05) in intakes of dairy milk products, numbers of eggs eaten daily and intakes of fried food between the above two groups. Conclusions Besides diabetes prevalence rates in blood relations, age, body mass index (BMI) and education level, the following factors are related to the development of gestational diabetes: extent of sweet food responses, proportions of animal and plant foods, frequencies of drinking bouillon, frequencies of consuming soy bean products, eating fruit, mid - night snacks, and nuts, and daily activities.
