摘  要:考察了镁铝水滑石用作造纸阻燃填料的可能性以及对纸及纸板性能的影响。结果表明,镁铝水滑石能提高纸张的不透明度和白度,但使纸张强度有一定程度的降低。当未加阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、添加40%镁铝水滑石时,纸的氧指数在25%以上,达到难燃级。当添加0.025%CPAM和30%镁铝水滑石时,氧指数为26.2%。当定量为240g/m2、镁铝水滑石添加量为20%时,氧指数接近25%,基本达到难燃级。The possibility of application of Mg-Al hydrotalcite (HT) as a flame-retardant filler in papermaking and its influence on the properties of the paper were investigated. The experimental results showed that Mg-Al hydrotalcite can increase the opacity and brightness of the paper, at the same time, it can decease the strength properties of the paper in a certain degree. Without adding CPAM and with filling 40% Mg-Al hydrotalcite, the oxygen index of the paper is above 25% and the paper belongs the grade which is difficult to burn. The oxygen index reaches 26.2% when adding 0.025% CPAM and filling 30% Mg-Al hydrotalcite. The oxygen index is close to 25% when the basis weight of the paper is 240g/m^2 and Mg-Al hydrotalcite dosage is 20%, and the paper basically reaches the grade which is difficult to burn.
