摘  要:设计了基于S7-300PLC的适用于中小型板纸机的QCS系统。该QCS系统部分硬件采用进口配置,并与纸机干燥部和湿部子系统互相通讯应用,对定量水分进行测量和补偿,且将PID控制和模糊控制思想结合应用于定量水分的控制,结合其较强的鲁棒性和自适应功能,有效抑制了定量水分的波动,实现了定量水分的精确测量和控制。According to the difference between domestic and overseas QCS and the characteristic of basis weight and moisture control, a quality control system (QCS) based on S7-300 PLC for medium and small size paperboard machines is designed in this paper. This new QCS, which is composed of some imported hardwares, communicates with dry part and wet end subsystem for application. The basis weight and moisture are measured and compensated in this system, and are controlled by PID control and fuzzy control together. The fluctuation of basis weight and moisture is restrained greatly with strong robot and automatism function. The practical application proves that the basis weight and moisture are measured and controlled accurately by this QCS.
