摘 要:超临界水氧化法在处理高浓度有机废水方面具有独特的优势:氧化效率高,水溶液中w(有机物)>2%(对废水质量)时,无需外界供热.不产生二次污染,应用范围广,反应器结构简单,单位成本较低.阐述了超临界水的性质、氧化法原理(在没有引发物的情况下.自由基由氧气攻击最弱的C—H键而产生,包括碳氢化合物、含氮化合物、含硫化合物、含氧化合物氧化反应模型)、动力学(研究主要集中在宏观动力学和利用基元反应来帮助解释所得到的宏观动力学结果.一般采用幂指数方程法和反应网络法)、工艺流程、存在的问题及改进措施,超临界水氧化法作为一种高浓度难降解印染废水治理技术具有广阔的应用前景.There were unique advantages in supercritical water oxidation in treatment of high concentration organic waste water, such as high efficiency of oxidation, dispensed with outer heating when the organics concentration was over 2% (on the weight of dyeing waster water), no secondary pollution, wide application range, simple reactor structure and low unit cost. The nature of supercritical water, the principle of oxidation method (radicals generated from attacking the weakest C--H bond by oxygen without trigger, including the oxidizing reaction model of hydrocarbon, nitrogen compound, sulfocompound and oxygen compound), dynamics, technological process, existing problem and improvement were expatiated. And the dynamic study mainly focused on the macrokinetics and macrokinetics result explained by elementary reaction. Supercritical water oxidation has wide application prospect as a treatment technology on dyeing waste water with high concentration and bad degradation.
