摘  要:以炭黑和银包铜粉为导电粉体加填碳纤维屏蔽纸,就导电粉体加填对其在纸页中的吸附率、纸页的抗张指数、体积电阻率及屏蔽效能的影响进行了初步探讨。结果表明,银包铜粉对纸页抗张指数的影响较小,对纸页导电性及屏蔽效能的提高效果更明显,能够进一步提高碳纤维屏蔽纸的屏蔽效能,对电磁波实现更高屏蔽。Carbon black powder and silver coated copper powder were taken as conductive powder and were filled in carbon fiber shielding paper. The effects of the filling of conductive powder on absorption rate, tensile index, volume resistivity, shielding capacity of carbon fiber shielding paper were investigated preliminarily. The results show that silver coated copper powder had little effect on paper tensile index, but remarkable effect on improving the electrical conductivity and shielding capacity and further improved the shielding capacity of carbon fiber shielding paper and achieve higher shielding for electromagnetic waves.
