摘  要:研究了芦苇亚硫酸盐浆臭氧漂白后的H2O2补充漂白。芦苇未漂SP卡伯值25、白度50.2%ISO、粘度1144ml/g,经过臭氧漂白后,其卡伯值为4.8、白度达到73.0%ISO、粘度为948ml/g。后续H2O2补充漂白条件为:浆浓12%、H2O2用量2.0%、MgSO4用量0.05%、Na2SiO3用量3%、漂白温度80℃、漂白时间120min,漂后纸浆的性质为:卡伯值3.2,白度82.0%ISO,粘度894ml/g。The subsequent H2O2 bleaching of reed sulfite pulp after ozone bleaching was investigated. For the unbleached reed SP which had Kappa number 25, brightness 50.2% ISO and viscosity 1144ml/g, the Kappa number became 4.8, brightness reached 73.0%ISO and the viscosity was 948ml/g after ozone bleaching. The conditions of subsequent H2O2 bleaching were consistency 12%, H2O2 dosage 2.0%, MgSO4 0.05%, Na2SiO3 3%, bleaching temperature 80℃, bleaching time 120min. The properties of the pulp after H2O2 bleaching were Kappa number 3.2, brightness 82.0%ISO and viscosity 894mL/g.
