不同年龄儿童血铅水平与血钙水平的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解0～12岁不同年龄段儿童血铅水平,分析其与血钙的相关性,为防治儿童铅中毒提供依据。方法对我院2007年6月-2008年6月门诊中6785例0～12岁儿童的血铅及血钙资料进行分析。结果0～2岁儿童血铅水平明显低于高年龄组(P<0.01),血钙水平随着年龄的增加,呈现下降趋势,两者有明显的直线相关性(P<0.05)。结论低年龄组儿童血铅水平低于高年龄组儿童,血铅水平与血钙呈明显的负相关。Objective To investigate blood lead level in children aged between 0 to 12 years, to analyze the relationship between blood lead level and blood calcium level, and to provide the evidence for preventing lead poisoning in children. Method Data about blood lead level and blood calcium level of 6,785 outpatients aged between 0 and12 years in our hospital from June, 2007 to June, 2008 were analyzed. Results The results showed that blood lead level in children aged between 0 and 2 years was lower thanthat in children of other age groups. Blood lead level was negatively correlated with blood calcium （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions The blood lead level in low- age children is lower than that in older ones. Blood lead level is negatively correlated with blood calcium level.
