摘　　要：目的观察动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法2005年6月-2007年6月期间对97例股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用DHS治疗。结果术后随访6个月～1年,97例患者中85例患者得到随访,其中优63例(74.1%),良18例(21.2%),差4例(4.7%),优良率为95.3%。结论DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折固定牢靠,能够减少卧床时间,预防并发症,利于早期功能锻炼。Objective To observe the clinical effect of dynamic hip screw（DHS） for treatment of thighbone thick pros- perous bone fracture. Methods Ninety- seven patients with thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture were treated with DHS from July, 2005 to July, 200？. Results Among 97 cases, 85 patients were followed up for 6 months- 1 year. The clinical results were excellent in 63 cases（74.1% ）, good in 18 cases（21.2 % ）, and poor in 4 cases（4.7% ）, with the effective rate of 9.5.3 %. Conclusions DHS treatment for thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture is a promoting method with the advantages of fixing firmly and reducing the time of lying in bed. It is useful to prevent complication and in early functional training.
