衡阳市1090例艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过对2004-2005年度前来艾滋病咨询室咨询者进行分析,掌握衡阳市高危人群行为规律,为制定该市高危人群行为干预对策提供科学依据。方法与每一位求询者进行面对面访谈,填写《艾滋病高危行为调查问卷》,自愿检测者免费抽血检测HIV抗体。所有数据用统计学方法进行分析。结果1090例求询者中发现艾滋病病毒感染者188人,其中吸毒、性乱、性病患者等高危人员178人,占感染人数的94.68%(178/188)。结论艾滋病在衡阳市高危人群中广泛传播,在高危人群中采取有效干预措施对预防艾滋病的传播具有积极意义。Objective To analyze the testing results of HIV VCTs from 2004 to 2005, and to provide technical support for controlling HIV/AIDS spread in high risk behavior population in Hengyang City. Methods Each counselee was interviewed and required to fill out the questionnaire about HIV/AIDS high risk behavior. Voluntary counseling ＆ testing （VCT） counselees were tested HIV antibody for free. All the data were statistically analyzed. Results In the 1,090 counselees, 188 were found to be HIV carrier, among them, 178 HIV carriers were the high risk behavior individuals, which accounted for 94.68 % （178/188）. Conclusions HIV/AIDS spreads wide among the high risk behavior population in Hengyang. It is of great value to conducting effective intervention among the high risk behavior population for preventing HIV/AIDS transmission.
