摘　　要：经过五年的卫生监督体制改革,山西省已基本形成了覆盖省、市、县三级的卫生监督体系框架。笔者在对全省卫生监督机构基本情况普查的基础上,剖析了山西省卫生监督机构的生存现状并尝试提出解决问题的方法和途径,以便引起相关部门领导的重视和卫生监督领域同仁们的思考,尽快解决山西省卫生监督机构在发展道路上所面临的种种障碍和困难。The our province sanitary supervision organizational reform nearly 5 years, the cover province, the city, the county three levels of sanitary supervisions system frame has basically formed. The author in to the entire province sanitary supervision organization basic situation general survey foundation in, analyzed our province sanitary supervision organization survival present situation and the attempt proposed solves the question method and the way, in order to brings to the attention and the sanitary supervision domain colleagues ponder which the department concerned leads, solves our province sanitary supervision organization as soon as possible all sorts of harriers and the difficulty which faces on the development path.
