74家医疗机构院内感染机构设置及监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市市管医疗机构院内感染管理机构设置的基本状况和某些重点部位消毒效果。方法设置调查表对市管医疗机构院内感染管理机构设置情况进行调查;采样和检测按照《医院消毒卫生标准(GB15982-1995)》、《消毒灭菌效果的评价方法与标准(GB15981-1995)》执行。结果74处医疗机构中2级以上综合医院大部分设有单独的院内感染管理科,其他医疗机构院内感染管理科设置率较低;共对74处医疗机构采集样品1 266份,合格1159份,合格率91.56%,其中空气合格率86.91%,物体表面合格率90.92%,医护人员手表面合格率89.32%,消毒剂合格率96.81%,灭菌用品合格率94.74%;检测紫外线灯管224支,合格211支,合格率94.20%。结论建立健全院内感染管理组织,按要求配全专(兼)职院内感染管理人员,定期对医护人员开展消毒知识培训,医疗机构应加强自测,完善制度;卫生监测机构应定期严格进行监测和技术指导。Objective To understand the status of nosocomial infection agency and disinfectional effect for main places in medical institutions of city level. Methods To design the questionnaire for the situation of nosocomial infection agency; To sample and examine according to ＂Nosocomial Disinfection Hygiene Standardl GB15982- 1995 ）＂and ＂Evaluating Method and Standard for the efficacy of disinfection and sterlization （GB15981 - 1995 ）＂. Results Most medical institutions over city level establised nosocomial infection management section, and others seldom have theses agencies; 1 266 samples were collected totally, and the qualified rates of the air, the object surface, the hand surface, the disinfect were 86.91% ,90.92%, 89.32% ,96.81% respectively. Conclusion Medical institutions should strengthen adminsistrative organization for nosocomial infection, and Medical personnels should be trained for the knowledge of disinfection. The hygiene inspection agencies should carry on surveillance and technique guidance periodically.
