摘　　要：目的完善社区脑卒中报病体系,掌握脑卒中在人群中的发生和发展规律,从而为疾病防治提供科学依据。方法建立社区脑卒中报病网,全区各社区医院实行脑卒中报病,试点社区实行社区医院和社区居委双向报病。各居委将符合卒中症状的病人上报社区卫生服务中心,由社区医院全科医生进行核实、随访,对符合标准者再上报区疾控中心。结果在试点社区开展了一年的社区医院和社区居委双向报病试点工作。社区医院报病:脑血管疾病病例267例(死亡病例152例)。社区居委报病:脑血管疾病130例(死亡病例65例)。结论社区居委报病对社区医院报病是一个很好的补充。Objective To improve apoplexy cases reported system in community. Method The reported networks for stroke patients in the community hospital was built. In the pilot region, community hospitals and neighborhood committees should both report cerebral apoplexy cases. Neighborhood committee should report patients with the symptoms of stroke to community hospital, then General practitioner verify, fol- low - up the cases , then report the case which meet the standards to district＇s CDC. Results Statistics information from pilot region during a year as follows, the community hospital report 267 Cerebrovascular disease cases 1152 cases died）, neighbourhood committee report 130 cases with cerebrovaseular disease（ 65 cases of death cases）. Conclusion Reported cases by Neighborhood committees are a good complement to the report eases by community hospitals.
