摘　　要：通过对多媒体计算机病毒的研究，总结了计算机感染病毒的特点，提出了计算机防病毒工作关键是要控制信息交流通道，控制传染源，严防病从“口”入的思路。运用PDRR模型，建立了以人为中心，从政策、人员、技术三方面人手的三维立体防病毒维护管理框架。结合日常工作经验，给出了具体的维护管理方案、维护经验及技巧。经过在实际工作中的具体应用，证明是可行有效的。The characteristic of virtues infected by public multi- media computers is summarized by making the research on virtues. The paper points out that the key against virtues is to monitor the information communication passages, to control the sources of infection and to take strict precautions of various ports against virtues. With the help of daily working experience, detailed doable solutions are proposed on both lays of management and technology. Some techniques for maintenance are also introduced. The way is valid through the application in work.
