摘　　要：在论述目前国内外移动GIS发展状况以及存在问题的基础上,提出移动设备上基于.NET的GIS开发方案,采用面向对象方法以高内聚低耦合的原则对系统模块进行设计,实现系统开发过程中的关键技术。最后,以E博士TT588掌上电脑作为移动终端,基于.NET平台和VS2005开发移动GIS原型系统,以应用实例证实系统的可靠性和稳定性。Based on the discussion of the current problems in the development of mobile GIS, this paper presented a method for development of mobile GIS based on. NET and PDA, and the key technologies of the system development were studied. Thus, taking TT588 PDA as the mobile terminal, a mobile GIS system was developed based on. NET and VS2005 and this system was used in monitoring the changes of land and real estate in Shanghai, which confirmed the reliability and stability of the system.
