摘 要:汽轮机组动静部件碰磨是现场常见而又难于迅速准确诊断的重要故障,确诊的延误直接影响到生产和工期。介绍了作者近期处理的两台大型机组典型动静碰磨对应的振动特征以及分析处理过程,包括判断的关键依据、故障唯一性的确定和处理决策的选择,可以为实际机组碰磨故障的现场分析诊断提供参考。The rubbing between shaft and starts often happens, and is difficult to diagnose accurately and quiekly in the field. The delay of diagnosis affects the routine production and the period of construction directly. Based on two eases of typical rubbing fault treated by the authors recently, this paper gives the introduction of the vibration characteristics and the process of analysis and treatment, includes the key basis for judgement, the determination of the uniqueness of faults and the choice of processing method. The paper is beneficial to analysis and diagnosis of rubbing in the field.
