摘 要:在合成不同钒掺量磷钼杂多酸基础上,用降解法合成了3种Keggin结构的镧钼钒磷杂多配合物,并以之为催化剂,分别用双氧水、过氧乙酸作氧化剂,甲醇、乙二胺作为萃取剂进行了柴油氧化脱硫实验.实验结果表明:以掺有2个钒原子的镧钼钒磷杂多配合物为催化剂、过氧乙酸为氧化剂、乙二胺为萃取剂可将市售柴油的硫含量由1 815.8μg.g-1降低至102.6μg.g-1,脱硫率达到了94.35%.Three kinds of Lanthanum molybdovanadophosphate heteropoly complexes (Signed as La- HPA-Vn ,n= 1,2,3) with Keggin structure were synthesized by degrading the precursors of molybdovanadophosphate heteropoly ether complexes, and the experiments of oxidation desulfurization of diesel oil had been processed by means of the La-HPA-Vn as catalysts, while H2O2 or peroxyacetic acid as oxidant and methanol or ethylenediamine as extraction agent respectively. The experiment results show that the sulfur content of the diesel is reduced from primary 1 815.8 μg.g^-1 to 102.6 μg.g^-1 when the La-HPA-V2 was used as the catalyst, peroxyacetic acid was used as oxidant, and ethylenediamine was used as extractant. The ratio of desulphurization is 94.35%.
