联合正清风痛宁莫比可、柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察正清风痛宁缓释片联合柳氮磺胺吡啶和莫比可治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)疗效。方法:采用开放对照试验方法。将确诊为AS的79例患者随机分为两组,对照组34例接受莫比可+柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)口服治疗,治疗组45例接受莫比可+SASP+正清风痛宁口服治疗。结果对照组和治疗组之间,各评估参数治疗后前差值的两组比较,病人总体评价(PGA)、医生总体评价(PhGA)、全身痛、ESR、CRP、白细胞计数、血红蛋白水平、血小板计数和BASRI无明显差异(P均>0.05);而脊柱痛、夜间痛、晨僵、枕墙距、胸廓扩张度、Schober试验、指地距、巴氏AS功能指数(BASFI)、巴氏AS疾病活动指数(BASDAI)治疗前后变化值两组间有明显差异(P均<0.05),治疗终点时两组间莫比可的用量及撤减莫比可的天数比较有明显差异(P均<0.05)。结论联用正清风痛宁组有明显增加抗炎镇痛、缓解病情、改善患者各种体征作用,并具有助减非甾体抗炎镇痛药的作用。Objective： To know effects of meloxicam, salicylazosulfapyridine（SASP） and Zheng＇-Qiong-Feng-Tong-Ning tablet（ZQ FTN） protocol to ankylosing spondylitis （AS）. Methods： Prospective open-label control study was used. The entry. patients in accordance with 1984 New York AS classification standard were divided into two groups by throwing coin. The first group received meloxicam and SASP. The second group received meloxicam, SASP and ZQFTN. Results： Thirty-four cases of 79 patients were entered into group 1 and 45 cases into group 2. When compared with group 1, group 2 patients had an more significantly changed difference values of spine pain, night pain, morning stiffness, occipital to wall, chest expansion, finger to floor, Bath AS disease activity index（BASDAI） and Bath AS function index（BASFI） between pretreatment and posttreatment （all P〈0.05）; but had no difference at the changed difference values of PGA, PhGA, Globe pain, ESR, CRP, WBC account, hemoglobin, thrombocytes accounts and Bath AS radiological index （all P〉0.05）. Conclusions： It was suggested that the protocol of SASP ＋ meloxicam ＋ ZQFTN may has a more significant synergic effect of anti-inflammatory, relieving pain, remitting patieri′ condition and improving AS patients′ discomfort for AS patients, and can help to decrease the dose of NSAIDs by AS patients.
