白花油麻藤水提取物补血作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨白花油麻藤水提取物的补血作用。方法:将白花油麻藤水提取物分别灌胃给予失血性贫血小鼠、环磷酰胺造模小鼠。结果:白花油麻藤水提取物高、中剂量组在第4 d、第8 d均能明显提高失血性贫血小鼠RBC数量;高、中剂量组在第4 d能明显提高Hb含量;明显对抗环磷酰胺引起的小鼠血红蛋白值、红细胞值降低和白细胞值减少。结论:白花油麻藤水提取物具有一定的补血作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of nourishing blood of water extract of mucuna birdwoodiana tutch. Methods： Water extract of mucuna birdwoodiana tutch were intragastric administration to rats with blood losss anemia and rats being constructed with cytoxan. Results： high and middle dose group of water extract of mucuna birdwoodiana tutch could increase the amount of RBC in the rats with blood losss anemia at 4th, 8th day, also increase the content of Hb, obviously resist the down of hemoglobin, RBC and WBC. Conclusion： Water extract of mucuna birdwoodiana tutch has a certain effects of nourishing blood.
