摘 要:针对数码相机生产中CCD和光学镜头的对准问题,笔者设计出一种光学镜头的对准系统。采用软、硬件相结合的方法研制出数码相机开发板,利用开发板进行自检测,解决CCD和光学镜头的对准问题,并对数码相机镜头进行有效的检测,运行结果良好。在CCD单侧倾斜<11μm时,系统不能觉察出成像变化,这对成像系统没有任何影响。同时它对利用CCD的非接触式测量系统的校准有着重要的参考价值。In the process of digital camera's production, CCD and the fixing of optical lens are the problems that remain to be resolved. A kind of alignment system of optical lens is designed and the development board of digital camera is prepared by combining software with hardware. By using development board for auto examination, we settle the problem of alignment between CCD and optical lens and carry on a valid examination to digital camera lens. Testing result is good. When the obliquity of CDD is less than 11 μm, the imaging changes can not be observed with the fixing system, however, this will not have any effect on the imaging system. The fixing system of optical lens is very valuable to the development of the fixing of the non-contact measuring system.
