摘  要:在APD高压偏压电路中,采用二极管倍压电路往往会造成电压调整范围小和纹波电压过大等问题。基于升压式DC/DC电源变换原理,设计了由PWM集成开关电源控制芯片TL1451构成的APD高压偏压电路,该电路元器件少,输出电压范围宽,连续可调。实验结果表明:该电路在输出电压10~200V范围内工作正常,纹波电压峰值小于100mV。该电路已用于远距离、高精度LD激光脉冲测距仪中。In the high-voltage biased circuits for APD, the use of diode voltage circuits often results in a small range of voltage regulator and the too large of the ripple voltage. Based on step-up DC/DC power conversion theory, this paper designs APD bias high-voltage circuit consisting of PWM integrated switching power supplies chip TL1451, which has the smaller circuitry compo- nents, a wide range of output voltage and continuous-tuning. The results show that the circuit is working correctly in the output voltage range of 10-20 V and peak ripple voltage is less than 100 inV. The circuit has been used for high-precision long-range LD laser pulse range finder.
