摘　　要：采用真空联合堆载预压法对某大面积工业厂房软基进行处理,以软式透水管与薄层砂垫层相结合作为一种新型水平排水体,以膜上覆水作为堆载。加固处理后,各项指标能满足处理目标的要求,技术经济效果显著,可为类似工程的设计与施工提供有益的借鉴。According to the condition of geology and the requirements, we adopt the vacuum surcharge preloading method to consolidate the soft soil foundation in a big area factory, using the complex of flexible permeable hose and thin sand layer as a new level drainage material, using water as surcharge, using the effective-preventive measures to ensure the stability and safety of surrounding environment. After consolidating, the indexes satisfy the requirements, and the technical and economical effects are prominent. These indicate that the method is scientific and economical, able to provide the valuable experience for the design and construction of the similar engineering.
