高效液相色谱法测定痔炎消颗粒中绿原酸和芦丁含量

摘　　要：目的建立同时测定痔炎消颗粒中绿原酸和芦丁含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.5%磷酸(20∶80)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为344nm。结果绿原酸进样量线性范围是0.0192～0.48μg,平均加样回收率为99.47%,RSD=0.33%(n=6);芦丁进样量线性范围是0.096～2.406μg,平均加样回收率为99.59%,RSD=0.51%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便、重现性好,可用作该药品的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and rutin in Zhiyanxiao Granules. Methods The Diamonsil C18 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 5% phosphoric acid（20：80） with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 344 nm. Results The linearity of chlorogenie acid was good within the range of 0.019 2-0.48 μg. The average recovery rate was 99.47%, RSD =0. 33% （n =6）. The linearity of rutin was good within the range of 0.096-2.406 μg. The average recovery rate was 99. 59%, RSD=0. 51% （n =6）. Conclusion This method is rapid, simple and accurate, which can be used for the standard quality control of Zhiyanxiao Granules.
