摘　　要：目的建立秦川通痹胶囊中龙胆苦苷含量的测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定。色谱柱为DiamonsilTM柱,流动相为甲醇-水(1∶4),检测波长为270nm,流速为1mL/min。结果线性回归方程为Y=1555397X+14566(r2=0.99994),龙胆苦苷进样量在0.245～4.9μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.22%,RSD=0.82%(n=5)。结论RP-HPLC法准确、精密、灵敏、简便、可靠,可用于秦川通痹胶囊中龙胆苦苷的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for the determination of gentiopicrin in Qinchuan Tongbi Capsules. Methods The RP- HPLC method was adopted with the DiamonsilTM column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water （1：4） with the /low rate of 1 mL/min. The UV-detector at 270 nm was used. Results The linear range was 0. 245-4.90 Ixg and the regression equation was Y=1 555 397X＋14566 （r^2 =0.99994）, the mean recovery rate was 99.22% （n=5） with RSD=0.82%. Conelusion The method appears to be accurate, precise, sensitive, simple and reliable. It can be used to control the quality of Qinchuan Tongbi Capsules.
