摘　　要：循证医学是在临床实践中通过科学的方法获得最充分的证据,并对病人做出最佳诊治决策的一门科学.通过介绍抗血栓药物应用于缺血性卒中二级预防的循证医学证据,从哲学的角度探讨循证医学在脑血管病预防中的应用.Evidence-based medicine（EBM） is sufficient evidence in clinical practices. By an approach to clinical decision making for patients based on introducing antithrombotic drugs used in the secondary prevention of ischemic stroke, under the guidance of evidence - based medicine, the based medicine in the prevention of cerebrovascular disease was discussed in philosophical perspective.
