摘　　要：注记功能在地理信息系统及其应用系统的开发利用中是非常重要的一个部分。注记使地图更加有效地进行信息传输,注记设计好坏直接影响着地图成图的质量以及对地理信息的理解。随着组件式开发技术的蓬勃发展,GIS的开发设计有了长足的进步。以MO为代表的组件式开发模式在GIS中得到广泛应用。利用MO和VB集成进行地理信息系统注记开发,高质量地实现了MO的文字、符号、鼠标提示等自动注记功能。Annotation function in Geographic Information System and its Application System development is a very important module. Annotation on the map for more effective transmission of information, annotation design will have a direct impact on the map as the map on the quality of geographic information and understanding. With the development of eomponent technology boom, the development of GIS design has made significant progress. MO represented in the tool component development model in GIS is a considerable advantage. The automatic annotation, text annotation and mouse hint were realized quality using integrated development of NO and VB.
