摘　　要：基于行政区划单元的专业数据综合开发利用日益广泛,行政区划时空数据管理的问题急需得到解决。针对行政区划变更的特点,提出了基于对象与事件机制的行政区划时空数据模型,通过对由行政区划变更事件引起的区划单元更新进行记录,实现行政区划时空数据的存储和回溯,从而形成有机联系的行政区划时空数据库,较好解决了行政区划数据的管理问题。As the extensive application of the integrating and analyzing of multifarious professional data based on the district unit, the management problem of space-time regionalism data need to be resolved urgently. This text puts forward a space-time data model based on the object and event to manage the space-time district units＇ data, aiming at the characteristics of the administrative divisions＇ alteration. Use the model to implement the storage and backdate of the space-time regionalism data through recording the updates caused by the event of administrative divisions＇ alteration, form a systemic and contacted space-time regionalism database accordingly, resolve the management problem of space-time regionalism data well finally.
