双嘧达莫片含量的离子选择电极法测定

摘　　要：目的建立用聚氯乙烯膜双嘧迭莫电极法测定双嘧迭莫片含量的方法。方法利用该电极对双嘧达莫的响应，测定双嘧达莫片含量。结果电极的Nermt响应范围为1．0×10^-2～4．8×10^-5mol·L^-1，级差为40mv／pC，检出限为3．2×10^-5mol·L^-1。结论聚氯乙烯膜电极法可简便、快速、准确地检测片剂中双嘧达莫的含量。Objective To establish a method for mensuration of dipyridamole in Dipyrldamole Tablets. Methods Taking advantage of electrode＇ s response to dipyridamole to mensurate the content of dipyridamole in Dipyrldamole Tablets. Results The dectrode showed Nernst response within the range of 1.0×10^-2 -4. 8 ×10^-5 mol · L^-1 with a slope of 40 mV/pC . The detection limit is 3.2×10^-5 mol · L^-1. Conclusions The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used to mensurate the contents of dipyridamole in tablet.
