摘 要:研究不同掺量的陶砂对混凝土收缩性能的影响。试验结果表明:陶砂对混凝土收缩性能的影响与陶砂掺量和混凝土强度等级有关。其中,陶砂改善C40和C50强度等级的混凝土收缩性能的最佳掺量分别为20%和10%。陶砂影响混凝土收缩性能的机理分析表明:当陶砂在混凝土中释放水进行自养护作用大于其在混凝土中由于吸水过多而引起混凝土收缩变形的作用时,其才能对混凝土收缩性能有改善作用。The effect of different volumetric fraction of pottery sand on shrinkage property of concrete was studied.The results showed that the effects of pottery sand on shrinkage property for concrete were related to pottery sand contents and strength grade of concrete.The best content of pottery sand improved the shrinkage to C40 and C50 of concrete were 20% and 10% respectively.The mechanism of the influence of pottery sand on shrinkage property of concrete showed that pottery sand improved the shrinkage of concrete when the self-cure function of pottery sand existing in the process of releasing water is more than the shrinkage of the concrete because of shucking on too much water in the concrete.
