摘 要:目的:完善复方杜仲片的质量标准。方法:建立益母草、夏枯草、钩藤的薄层色谱鉴别法,对黄芩采用高效液相色谱法定量,色谱条件为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶,甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(44∶56)为流动相;柱温30℃;检测波长为315nm;流速为0.8ml/min。结果定性方法能检出益母草、夏枯草、钩藤,且阴性对照无干扰;黄芩苷在0.29—2.9μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,其回归方程为y=40.912x+2.8627,r=0.9993。平均回收率为96.62%,RSD=2.64%.结论该法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,适用于复方杜仲降压片的质量控制。Objective : To establish the quality control standard of Fufangduzhong tablet. Methods TLC methods for identifition of Radix achyranthis and Herba Leonuri were established and the content of baicalin in Fufangduzhong tablet was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic condition was Krocnasii- C 18 colume, the mobile phase was methanl - 0.2 % phosporic acid (45 : 56) ; the colume temperature was 30℃. the determined wavelength was 315nm, the flow rate was 0.8ml/min; the Results The spots on TLC plates were clear without interference in the blank reference. The liner range of Berberine hydrochloride was 0.29--2.9μg, the regress equation was y = 40.912x + 2. 8627, r = 0. 9993. the average recovery was 96.62 % and RSD was 2.64 %. Conclusion The method is simple, accruate, reproducible and can be used as the quality control method for Fufangduzhong tablet.
