摘 要:随着研究者对于纳米技术以及纳米特性研究兴趣的不断增加,近年来静电纺丝受到越来越多的关注。首先综述了生物大分子静电纺丝的研究进展,主要包括合成高分子和天然生物大分子的静电纺丝以及复合纳米纤维的制备,侧重讨论了各种生物材料的电纺条件以及与生物医用有关的电纺纤维膜性质,如纤维膜形态稳定性、机械性质以及降解行为等。在此基础上,综述了静电纺丝在药物控制释放领域中的应用,针对不同药物的溶解性质,分别讨论了其在电纺纤维中的包埋方法以及释放行为。Within the past few years electrospinning has been paid much attention due to the increasing interests of the researchers in the nanotechnology and the unique properties of the nanomaterials. This review focused on the electrospinning behaviors of biomacromolecules including synthetic biomedical polymers, natural-occurring biopolymer and the composite nanofibrous membranes. The electrospinning parameters of the biomacromolecules and the properties of the electrospun membranes such as the morphological stability, mechanical properties and degradation behavior were discussed in details. In addition, the application of the electrospun membranes for controlled drug release was also included. The incorporation method and the release behavior of the drugs were discussed and summarized, according to the solubility of the drugs.
