摘　　要：在界定若干典型国际大都市的空间范围及建设用地内涵的基础上,总结归纳了建设用地规模和结构的时空变化特征,并对其主要影响因素进行了分析提炼,希冀对上海等国际大都市的未来发展和建设有所借鉴。Based on defining the spatial extension and construction land intension of some international metropolitan areas, the temporal-spatial features of construction land scale and structural evolution are summarized and their main impact factors are also concluded which aims to introduce some experience development and construction for Shanghai
