摘　　要：目的利用超声的声穿透性研究一种实时的反馈控制药物传送系统。方法这个系统使用超声激发携带药物的载体,使之在血管中向病灶处运动,达到比较精确的定位治疗效果。结果通过观察在病灶处采集到的图像来控制药物传送的量和速度,以便达到药物对病灶处理的最好效果。结论这种方法可以提高药物的利用率,并减少药物对正常细胞和组织的影响。Objective To develop a real-time control feedback drug delivery system based on insonified of ultrasound.Methods The system which utilized ultrasound radiation caused the carrier with drug moving to the focus in the blood vessel.Results The quantify and velocity of the delivering drugs could be controlled through images collected via microscope on the focus.Conclusion The drug delivery system based on ultrasound can improve the utilization of the drug effectively and reduce the side effect of drugs on normal cells and tissues.
