摘　　要：胎儿权利的确认与保护体现了尊重和敬畏人的生命的伦理原则,应当通过不断完善母婴保健立法来加强对胎儿权利的保护,真正落实天赋人权。Affirming and protecting the fetal rights is the embodiment of ethics of holding human beings in great esteem and reverence. We should perfect the legal system of health care of the mother and infant to protect fetal rights, and to carry out natural rights authentically.
