摘　　要：杂交中稻培两优3076穗大粒多,产量潜力大。试验表明,在栽培上追肥适当后移,即增加穗、粒肥用量,可兼顾其营养生长与生殖生长对养分的需要,提高肥效,在获得一定穗数的基础上,增加穗粒数和提高结实率,发挥穗大粒多的优势以获得高产。The typical characteristics of Hybrid Medium Rice Peiliangyou 3076 were big panicle, more grains and high yield potential. The test indicated that delaying the topdressing properly （increasing the amount of panicle and grain fertilizer） would balance the vegetative growth and reproductive growth, enhance the effect of fertilizers, increase grain number, increase seed rate and obtain high yield.
