摘 要:为进一步了解湖北省名优茶质量安全的状况,2007年对湖北省具有代表性的地方名优茶进行了抽检,共抽取包括湖北第一品牌名茶、十大名茶、旅游名茶、历史名茶等名优茶共23只,分别从内含成分含量、农药残留及重金属含量等方面进行了品质比较及质量安全调查。结果表明,茶叶氨基酸含量为1.8%~3.6%,平均2.8%;茶多酚为21.8%~38.2%,平均31.2%;咖啡碱为3.4%~4.7%,平均3.8%;儿茶素总量为12.9%~22.5%,平均16.8%;水浸出物为39.3%~49.3%,平均42.9%,锌43.3~112.7 mg·kg-1,平均65.3 mg·kg-1。在质量安全指标中,除水分含量有4只茶样超标外,其他均符合标准。抽取的16只有机茶样品中,有2只检出4种农药,但检出量符合国家《有机产品》标准,合格率为100%;有3只茶样水分含量超过7.0%,按国家《绿茶》标准,产品合格率为81.25%。In order to know more about quality & safety of famous green tea in Hubei, 23 representative famous tea samples produced in 2007 were collected, those famous tea including the first famous tea, 10 of the most famous tea, traveling and historical famous tea. The major components, pesticide residue and heavy metal were measured. The content of amino acids, tea polyphenols, caffeine, eateehins, water extracts and zinc in those tea samples were 1.8%-3.6%,21.8%N38.2%, 3.4%N4.7%,12.9%-22.5%,39.3%-49.3%,43.3-112.7 mg·kg^-1, respectively. The average content was 2.8%,31.2% ,3.8%, 16.8%,42.9%,65.3 mg·kg^-1, respectively. 4 tea samples could not meet the need of the standards in moisture content. 4 kinds of pesticide residue wer detected in 2 of 16 organic tea samples, but they still met the standard of 《Organic food》. The qualified rate was 100 %. The water content was above 7.0% in 3 tea samples and could not meet the standard of 《Green tea》. The qualified rate was 81.25%.
