摘　　要：To study the clinical features and diagnosis of synovitis,acne,pustulosis,hyperostosis,osteitis syndrome(SAPHO) syndrome.One case of SAPHO syndrome was reported and the related data of SAPHO syndrome were reviewed.The main clinical features of the patient were articulatio carpi synovitis,acne,cervical rib hyperostosis,articulatio sternoclavicularis and osteitis,So the diagnosis of SAPHO syndrome was made.Though SAPHO syndrome is rare with yet unknown prevalence,it still can be seen in clinical practice,and can be diagnosed by careful examination.SUMMARY To study the clinical features and diagnosis of synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, osteitis syndrome （SAPHO） syndrome.
