摘　　要：在辽宁省农村卫生中医适宜技术的基层推广过程中,从外敷穴位药物治疗风湿性关节炎的技术项目、推广模式、受体情况等多个角度,对现阶段中医适宜技术外敷穴位药物治疗风湿性关节炎推广培训进行初步分析,发现目前存在的问题,并提出若干对策建议,为开展农村卫生适宜技术基层推广应用提供参考和总结经验。Introduction：In the process of spreading the suitable technology of Chinese traditional medicine In Liaouing Province rural sanitation, we preliminary analyzed the training to promote what Chinese medicine acupuncture points external application of appropriate technology for rheumatoid arthritis drug at this stage, from the technical project , the model to promote, the receptor and so many angles, we found the existing problems at present, and gave some countermeasures, providing the reference and the lessons learned for that carrying out the rural sanitation of being suitable.technology of basic unit promotion application.
