摘　　要：阐述了PZT压电陶瓷烧结过程中的液相传质机理及实现液相烧结的主要途径。综述了PZT压电陶瓷材料的液相低温烧结研究方向与进展。This paper reviews the mechanism of mass transfer in liquid phase during low temperature sintering PZT piezoelectric ceramic, and the main way of achieving liquid - phase sintering. The development and trend of PZT piezoelectric ceramic prepared by low temperature liquid phase sintering are presented.
