芫花条中香豆素类成分研究

摘　　要：目的:对芫花条的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法对芫花乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取部分进行化学成分研究,并利用UV,IR,~1H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR,MS等光谱技术鉴定其化学结构。结果:从芫花条中分离得到了6个香豆素类化合物,经鉴定为伞形花内酯(1)、双白瑞香素(2)、瑞香素(3)、edgeworthin(4)、结香素(5)、伞形花内酯7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)。结论:化合物3～6为首次从芫花条中分得的香豆素类化合物。Objective：To study the chemical constituents of the branches of Daphne genkwa Sieb. et Zucc. Methods：Column chromatography on Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20, and reerystallization were used for the isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidences. Results：From the crude CHCl3 fraction of the EtOH extract of the branches of D. genkwa, 6 coumarins were isolated and identified, which were umbelliferone （1） , daphnoretin （2） , daphnetin （3）, edgeworthin （4）, edgeworin （5） , and umbelliferone-7-O-β-D-glycoside （6）. Conclusion： ICompounds 3--6 were isolated and identified from the branches of Daphne genkwa for the first time.
